LAP TOURS – RIDE & SPECTATE TOURS

Ride the legendary Isle of Man Mountain Course during the Manx GP & Classic TT – with expert guides, Benelli motorcycles, and unforgettable views.

Ride in the Tyre Tracks of Legends!

Our motorcycle guided tours run throughout the Manx GP and Classic TT, but what you experience will depend on whether the roads are open to the public or closed for racing. Either way, you’re in for something special.

When the roads are open – TT Lap Experience

If the roads are open to the public, you’ll ride the full 37.73-mile course on one of our Benelli motorcycles, led by experienced guides. We’ll take it at a steady pace, stopping at iconic sections like Ballaugh Bridge and The Bungalow. The full loop usually takes 2–3 hours, depending on traffic and how many stories we stop to share.

When the roads are closed – Ride & Spectate Experience

When racing or practice is taking place, the course is closed – but that doesn’t mean the tour stops. Quite the opposite. We’ll take you on two wheels to a series of handpicked viewing points where you can get up close to the action. You’ll still get to ride, but the focus shifts to spectating – taking in the roar, the speed, and the atmosphere from the roadside.

All tours start and finish at St Matthew’s Church, North Quay, Douglas. Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 7 riders (each welcome to bring a pillion) and two guides, who may also carry pillion passengers. You’ll be on one of our fully insured Benelli motorcycles, ready for whatever the day brings. We’ll let you know in advance what type of tour is running that day, based on the racing schedule.

Yes – we start each tour with a full briefing covering the route, road safety, and expectations.

We’ll ride in most conditions, but safety comes first. If it’s too dangerous, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund.

Sorry, no. All tours are on our insured Benelli motorcycles for safety and consistency.

Whether you’re lapping the course or leaning on a hedge watching the racers fly past, this is your chance to experience the Manx GP and Classic TT in a way few others do – up close, on two wheels, and in great company.

Manx GP & Classic TT

Now in its 103rd year, the Manx Grand Prix continues its legacy as a launchpad for the next generation of TT stars. The 2026 event builds on the refreshed race schedule introduced last year, with more action and a continued focus on modern road racing, while still honouring its clubman roots.

The event runs from Sunday 16th August to Friday 28th August 2026. Manx Grand Prix practice kicks off on Sunday 16th August, leading into four days of racing and culminating on Monday 24th August with the headline Senior MGP Race.

With Supersport and Supertwin machines taking centre stage, fans can expect intense competition from rising stars pushing their limits on one of the world’s most demanding circuits.

Classic racing remains a separate fixture, with the Classic TT running from Wednesday 19th August through to Friday 28th August 2026 – ensuring both traditions thrive on the Isle of Man’s racing calendar.

The Manx GP focuses on modern machines and up-and-coming riders, while the Classic TT celebrates historic racing and vintage bikes. In 2026, the Classic TT returns as a separate event, running alongside but independently from the MGP.

Want to plan your trip around the racing action?

  • Manx GP Dates – Sunday 16th – Monday 24th August 2026.
  • Classic TT Dates – Wednesday 19th – Friday 28th August 2026.

The Mountain Course is closed during race sessions, which affects public access.

When roads are open, we run the full TT Lap Experience.

When roads are closed, we switch to a Ride & Spectate format – guiding you to the best vantage points around the island.
